About the Role
Lead the rollout, database integration, and cashier workflow optimization for tier-1 supermarket and lifestyle retail chains across Indonesia.
What You Will Do
Core Responsibilities
- Configure multi-store POS software profiles, barcode master data, tax tables, and omnichannel promotion engines.
- Coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) with store operations managers and client retail IT teams.
- Lead train-the-trainer workshops for retail branch supervisors and lead cashiers.
- Bridge technical feedback between client store management and our internal retail platform developers.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Technology.
- 3+ years implementing enterprise POS or retail ERP systems (e.g., SAP Retail, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom retail suites).
- Solid SQL query skills and understanding of relational database synchronization.
- Exceptional client presentation, problem-solving, and project coordination capabilities.
